Processing Time: This includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours of purchase. The manufacturer and courier then process the order, which takes an additional 1–2 days.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
Your order will be delivered according to the carrier and delivery address you selected during checkout. In some cases, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (customs clearance, traffic conditions, accidents, weather, etc.). Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email notification with a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment.
How Will My Package Be Delivered?
After adding all items to your cart, you can select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Your order will be shipped via your chosen courier, and you will receive tracking information by email. You can also view all order details at any time in the My Account section after logging in.
What Happens If I'm Not Home When the Package Arrives?
If the package cannot be delivered, the driver will attempt redelivery, leave it with a neighbor, or securely store it at the local post office or depot for you to collect.
